| White Sail was set up in 2006 by French lawyer turned executive coach, Florence Badie-Phillips, to provide exciting solutions for ambitious and demanding professional women and their employers.
Florence enjoyed a successful 10-year career as a Corporate lawyer and worked for very large international companies in both France and the United Kingdom, mostly in the investment banking sector.
She changed career and retrained with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as a trainer and coach.
Florence holds Degrees in Law and in Political Science, a Master's Degree in International Law and a Diplome d’Etudes Approfondies in European Community Law.
Florence has a Certificate in Training Practice and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is currently studying for the prestigious Certificate in Coaching at the Henley Management College.
